FEATURES

Built for developers who can't afford downtime

Everything you need to know when something breaks — and nothing you don't.

Your phone buzzes before your users complain
Email alert fires within 60 seconds of detection. Most outages are reported by customers — not anymore.
Spot the slowdown before it becomes an outage
Track response times over time. A spike from 120ms to 4,200ms is a warning sign. We make it visible.
Prove your uptime in client calls
30 days of uptime history and incident logs per monitor. Screenshot it, export it, share it.
60 checks per hour. Every hour. Forever.
1-minute check intervals on Pro. While you sleep, we're watching.
Know the moment it's fixed, not just when it breaks
Recovery alert fires the second your site comes back up. Includes exact downtime duration so you can write the post-mortem.
One URL. No agents. No config. Done.
Paste a URL and get your first check result in under 60 seconds. No SDK to install, no server to configure.

HOW IT WORKS

Three steps, then forget about it

No dashboards to learn. No agents to install. Works in under 60 seconds.

01
Add your URL
Paste any HTTPS URL — your homepage, API endpoint, Stripe webhook, health check route. If it has a URL, we can monitor it.
02
We check every minute
Every minute, our servers send a GET request to your URL and record the status code and response time. 2 consecutive failures = you get an alert.
03
Get alerted instantly
Email (and optionally Slack, Discord, or Telegram) fires within 60 seconds. Another alert when it recovers, with exact downtime duration.

FAQ

Common questions

What actually happens when my site goes down at 3am?
We detect it within 60 seconds on Pro (5 minutes on free). An email fires immediately to your alert address. When it recovers, you get another email with the exact downtime duration. You wake up informed, not surprised.
How is this different from UptimeRobot which is free?
UptimeRobot's free plan checks every 5 minutes, has limited alert channels, no SSL monitoring, no keyword checking, and no public status page. StatusPing Pro checks every minute, alerts via Slack and Discord, monitors your SSL certs, checks for keywords in responses, and gives you a public status page to share with customers. Different product.
What counts as 'down' — do you retry before alerting?
Yes. We don't alert on the first failure. Your monitor has an alert threshold (default: 2 consecutive failures) before we send an alert. This eliminates false alarms from momentary blips. You can set the threshold to 1 if you want instant alerts, or 3 for more tolerance.
Can I monitor APIs that return non-200 status codes?
Yes. We consider any response between 200–399 as UP. You can also use keyword monitoring to check that a specific string exists in the response body — useful for APIs that always return 200 but include an error message in the JSON. If the keyword is missing, we treat it as DOWN.
